Enjoy a dramatised reading of of the Gospel according to St Mark created by Professor Chris Bryan and performed by the Cathedral Players. Using his considerable New Testament scholarship, Professor Chris Bryan has edited the Gospel according to St Mark for public reading and, working with David Gunn-Johnson, has produced a dramatised script for eight voices. Dramatised Mark retells the familiar passages through the eyes, ears, and voices of some of the first witnesses. The audience is also offered a delightful understanding of how Mark’s Gospel came to be written in the first place.
