Timothy Parsons, Director of Music at Wells Cathedral, will be performing as part of our summer organ recital series celebrating exceptional organ music in one of the country’s most atmospheric and historic sacred spaces.
The Programme: Including Mendelssohn’s Third Organ Sonata, Duruflé’s Prélude et Fugue sur le nom d’Alain, and music by former organist of Exeter, S.S. Wesley, to mark the 150th anniversary of his death.
