Adding extra fanfare to the occasion are returning trumpeters Cameron Todd and Ross Brown, while baritone Tristan Hambleton brings warmth and character to the evening.
Accompanied by Stephen Tanner on the Cathedral’s majestic organ, Exeter Philharmonic Choir in full voice, and conducted by Howard Ionascu, these festive performances celebrate the joy and wonder of the season.

Founded in 1846, Exeter Philharmonic Choir has been at the heart of the city’s musical life ever since. With around 100 members, it performs three major concerts a year, and also two evenings of Christmas carols in Exeter Cathedral.
