- Smoked Salmon roulade with beetroot salsa
- Chicken liver pate with red onion marmalade and bread crisps
- Butternut squash risotto
- Pesto crusted cod with crushed new potatoes, green beans and a parsley sauce
- Chicken breast (stuffed with pesto, mozzarella and chorizo) served with crushed new potatoes and fresh vegetables.
- Spinach, pine nut and ricotta cannelloni
- Chocolate tart with raspberry coulis and clotted cream
