The Cathedral Café is offering 2 or 3 course meals before the concerts and events listed below.

Supper Club Menu Spring 2018

Starters:

• Smoked Salmon roulade with beetroot salsa
• Chicken liver pate with red onion marmalade and bread crisps
• Butternut squash risotto

Main courses:

• Pesto crusted cod with crushed new potatoes, green beans and a parsley sauce
• Chicken breast (stuffed with pesto, mozzarella and chorizo) served with crushed new potatoes and fresh vegetables.
• Spinach, pine nut and ricotta cannelloni

Desserts:

• Chocolate tart with raspberry coulis and clotted cream
• Crème brulee with sorbet
• Tarte au citron with ice-cream
