Time Travel And Tie Dye At The Cathedral

Think you know Exeter Cathedral?  Think again, as the summer programme of events for children and families at Exeter Cathedral launches on Saturday 27th July with the start of our ever popular Mini-Door Trail.

Tudor Time Travel, Tie-Dye Techniques,  Fire Skills, Felting,  Mini-Models and Castle Walls, World War II and Planes, and Den Building all feature in this summer series of education events at Exeter Cathedral.

Head of Education at Exeter Cathedral, Lisa Gordon, said: “If you have not been to Exeter Cathedral before, this is the summer to visit, we have so much going on for everyone!  We have drop-in craft sessions, workshops, a Play Day for younger children, talks on wedding dresses and lace, speciality cream teas in our Café, and of course the Royal School of Needlework exhibition, as well as the regular Cathedral tours that take place.  Wow!”

Further information can be found on the Exeter Cathedral website.  Booking is recommended.
