Join us at Exeter Cathedral to give thanks and mark the 80th anniversary of Victory in Europe Day, with two special services.

Choral Evensong

Sunday 4 May at 4pm

Join us at Exeter Cathedral to mark the 80th anniversary of VE Day, give thanks for the peace it marked, and remember those – both civilians and combatants – who lost their lives in the war of 1939-45. Everyone is warmly invited to this Choral Evensong, which will be attended by the Lord-Lieutenant of Devon, the High Sheriff of Devon, the Lord Mayor of Exeter and representatives of the Royal British Legion.

VE Day Special Service of Thanksgiving

Thursday 8 May at 5:30pm

All are invited to this special service of thanksgiving to commemorate the 80th anniversary of VE Day, attended by the Provincial Grand Lodges of Devonshire, Somerset and Cornwall, and the Lord Lieutenant of Devon.
