Hospiscare Light Up a Life Service

Light Up a Life is Hospiscare’s annual Christmas remembrance event allowing all those who are missing someone they love to come together to remember them. The Book of Memories gathers dedications to our loved ones in one special book, which is on display during the festive season at local churches and in Exeter Cathedral. After Twelfth Night the book is kept on display in the Chapel at the hospice. Everyone is invited to gather together at the Light Up a Life service, to honour the lives of loved ones with readings, poetry, music and the lighting of candles.
