An Appointment with Death – Call for Actors

An Appointment with Death by Agatha Christie, performed by the Cathedral Players

An Appointment with Death by Agatha Christie is the next major production of The Cathedral Players and will be staged from Tuesday 24 to Friday 27 September in the Cathedral Nave. This play is to be directed by David Gunn-Johnson (Andrew Aguecheek in Twelfth Night) who will be holding auditions during the week commencing 9 June.

Existing members of The Cathedral Players are, of course, very welcome to audition but this is also an opportunity for those not currently linked with the Cathedral to join in the excitement of this amateur production. There may well be parts to play on stage – this is a large cast – but there is also an opportunity for those interested in stage management, wardrobe development and delivery, and all forms of backstage ‘stuff’.

To discover more please email either David Gunn-Johnson (Chair) or James Stevenson (Vice Chair). A synopsis of the plot and a summary of the characters will be readily available.
