Library & Archives In Focus – Platinum Jubilee: The Queens Elizabeth

Come and celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee at a special pop-up display in the Cathedral. From a 1567 royal charter featuring a portrait of a young Elizabeth I, to photographs and mementoes from Elizabeth II’s Royal Maundy visit to the Cathedral in 1983, this is a rare chance to see a selection of items representing two queens with reigns 400 years apart.
This event is included in the price of admission.
