Reboot – Exeter’s hidden stories

A fun and creative workshop with Cara Roxanne. Be inspired by some of the wonderful shops and trades of old Exeter. In this session, you can design and make your own little shop, using painting, collage and even a pyrography pen (heat pen). This workshop is part of a larger city wide project that has been focusing on the Cathedral yard and how the buildings and history has changed over time.

No booking required, just drop-in! Suitable for children aged 5+. £2.50 each.

Saturday 18th August 2018, 12.00-13.30

Come along and make your own personal secret amulet with Monica Shanta. This workshop will look at how the old Apothecaries of Exeter used to create lotions and potions for all sorts of conditions. Some remedies you would eat, some you would apply and some you would wear and carry around with you. In this workshop you will create your own decorated amulet that you can take away and wear, as well as creating your own wish to go inside.
