Patisserie Chef Stephen Carruthers is taking his inspiration from old Devon recipes for splits, cut-rounds, tuffs etc to prepare a traditional tea Devonshire-style. There will be a short talk on the heritage of the Devon Cream Tea during the tea. Booking essential.
