Join us at Exeter Cathedral’s Chapter House for a fascinating illustrated talk about the Wilton Diptych.
Canon Ian Morter will unlock the mysterious symbolism of this rare and outstanding example of late medieval religious panel painting. Originally a personal devotional item of King Richard II, it is now one of the great treasures of the National Gallery in London.
Tickets are available in advance or on the door at £5 each.
This talk will take place in Exeter Cathedral’s historic Chapter House. One of the oldest parts of the Cathedral, the Chapter House was originally the administrative centre for the Dean and Chapter of Exeter.
