THE CATHEDRAL CHURCH OF SAINT PETER IN EXETER

The minstrels' gallery was built in 1350 and has twelve angels playing contemporary musical instruments, many of which are still readily identifiable.
A cast of this gallery may be seen in the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
