The names of individuals for whom prayer is requested should be given to any member of the Cathedral clergy for inclusion in the daily intercession.

Each day Dioceses are prayed for according to the Anglican Cycle of Prayer, whilst the Diocesan Cycle of Prayer provides a parish or group of parishes for intercession. These details are published in the Diocesan News.

The Lady Chapel is reserved for private prayer. The Chapel of St Andrew and St Catherine has been designated as a chapel for "Justice, Peace and the Integrity of Creation" to be a focal point for these concerns. The Blessed Sacrament is reserved in the Chapel of St Gabriel.
